Experience the starry sky over the Tyrolean Alps near Innsbruck!

The Public Stargazing Tour takes place all year round at new moon from May to October at the parking lot at the Alpengasthof Lüsens in the Sellraintal valley, 40 minutes by car from Innsbruck.

In the first part of the tour, you will learn how to find your way around the starry sky with the help of a laser pointer and listen to beautiful star stories from all over the world. You will also learn exciting and entertaining facts about our incredible universe.

In the second part, you will delve deeper into space with a professional telescope and astronomical binoculars, and practice observing planets, star clusters, nebulae and galaxies yourself.
