Have you always wanted to learn how to find your way around the night sky? Would you like to be able to read the “greatest picture book of humankind”, the starry sky with its beautiful stories? Have you ever seen the Milky Way from a truly dark place? Have you always wanted to observe the starry sky through a professional telescope?
Then come to a Public Stargazing Tour with sternenguide.tirol in the Tyrolean Alps! Up to 3,000 stars can be seen with the naked eye here.
The public star tours take place at two locations in Tyrol:
Not far from the Tyrolean capital, you can experience the starry sky over the Tyrolean Alps!
Just 40 minutes by car from Innsbruck, the Sellraintal valley near the Alpengasthof Lüsens offers observation conditions that would never be found in a big city.
The Alpengasthof is also the starting point for numerous hikes and offers the option to stay overnight.
The Labalm at the end of the Spertental valley near Aschau, not far from Kitzbühel, offers ideal conditions.
Its fine regional cuisine is renowned far and wide, and on special days, you can watch the alpenglow on the Großer Rettenstein opposite from the Labalm terrace in the evening.
After the star tour, there is also the option to stay overnight.
